Searched through various platforms to get some deals on my recent travel. They were by far the best priced tickets with all available options. Saved my money. Will highly recommend to use them in future.

"Disappointed Tour"

The boats were clean and well kept. There was a concession area on the main deck, cash only. I was terribly disappointed by the fact this was a prerecorded tour and it didn't always match to where we were. In fact they mentions things that were not there, There was no one answer questions this just didn't meet my expectations.

Horrible sound system. If you want to hear anything they say, sit inside. We sat outside and heard a bunch of static and every 3rd word. Kind if disappointing that we weren't able to learn any history of the Golden Gate Bridge. If you plan on going on any other tours that include the Golden Gate Bridge, don't waste your money on this.

Took my out of country family on this cruise and we all enjoyed it very much. The staff were friendly and informative. Nice 60 minutes cruise under the bridge and around Alcatraz. Boat was clean and spacious. Everyone had a seat and they also sell snacks and refreshments on the first level. Easy to get on and off.

"Oversold The Boat! "

I waited over 90 minutes from the time I purchase tickets for the Escape the Rock and was the second family in line told that the boat was at capacity and we would have to wait another two hours for the next one. Apparently the boat it first come and first serve and even though you purchase a ticket for a certain time the cashier did NOT communicate that he ticket is generic ticket for the day!

"An Excellent Tour of the Harbor"

The Blue and Gold fleet takes passengers on a very good tour of the harbor, all the way out to and under the Golden Gate bridge, before turning around and circling Alcatraz Island. The entire tour is narrated with a beautifully produced sound track that is broadcast all over the ship. The narration can be accessed by smart phone in several languages as well for tourists from abroad. We were lucky enough to catch the tour on a day where the weather was also spectacular.
